Things I’ve Accomplished Since Quitting Long-Term Veganism And Getting More Sunlight

  • Found my dream job where I can work from almost anywhere

  • Finally became a digital nomad proper, without even using coding skills, and lived all around the Northern Hemisphere in 3 years as a semi-homeless vagabond (so far!)

  • Got back into my body, grounded and in my power

  • Started a food blog, expressed myself fully, earnestly and authentically, and found an inspiring global community of like-minded, soul-aligned humans

  • Made connections and got published by contributing recipes to an online lifestyle magazine

  • Currently writing a 400+ page book on local bioregional recipes at latitude 44 (to be self-published)

  • Currently completing my driver’s licence as it’s the only way to go hiking, camping, fishing, living in wild nature, etc. (at last)

  • Freelance creative opportunities started to become magnetised to me, including catering for a women’s retreat on the other side of the continent

  • I now feel like I have an actual purpose on this planet, and really do feel we are meant to be thriving here

  • Little things and old worries no longer bother me; I’m a high agency, more decentralised human being who is now clearer on what I want in life

  • I live in the here and now more consciously, as a lover of reality, living a life of no regrets

  • I’m in this world but not of it, so to speak

  • Delved into food photography, biodynamic gardening, and many other hobbies

  • Created loads of content, including this entire website

  • Got into SEO and affiliate marketing (and actually make some nice pocket change from it)

  • Currently upskilling professionally with UX design

  • Considering upskilling professionally in other areas of study (what am I, some sort of Renaissance freak?)

  • Embarked on ongoing self-study and exploration of Ayurveda, TCM, German New Medicine, herbalism, nutrition, biochem, Steiner’s work, muscle checking/kinesiology, Jungian shadow work, quantum biology and mitochondrial health; applying it to my own real life

  • Rediscovered my fertility and divine feminine energy

  • Went back to naturally pain-free periods, every month, without needing magnesium or raspberry leaf tea

  • No more minor eczema

  • Rediscovered a zest for life, creating pockets of life and flourishing in a chaotic world

  • Living with a relaxed, youthful state of mind and a happier liver shows on the physical body

  • Remarkable ability to adapt with stress and the evolution of the world

  • Remarkable ability to create my own reality with radical self-responsibility

  • My aura became much stronger

  • I’m much more self sufficient, whole, knowledgeable and capable, not needing to outsource as many specialists or fish for information

  • I’m powered by an unshakeable internal force without need for external validation

  • I have the capacity to serve, try to spread peace and happiness, and help others more powerfully (whether through volunteering, sharing wisdom/skills, or working)

  • My heart chakra is more open

  • My nervous system is resilient

  • I understand that it’s okay not to be subversive or innovative, especially when it comes to good health

  • I am a better and more intelligent steward of my bodily ecology (always learning, of course)

  • Many polluting industries in today’s world don’t hold a candle to my life force

  • My intuition is sharper than ever as I leave unhealthy environments/ways of relating/thought patterns/situations

  • I am a conscious creator, actually living and creating a real life I’ve always dreamed of

  • I live more in harmony with the earth and all beings, powered by sustainable, more ethical, regenerative agriculture

  • I’m able to live wild and naturally with embodied inner peace and equanimity
